COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. and its affiliated and subsidiary companies (“Maxim”) are leading providers of temporary medical staffing, home healthcare, and wellness services. Maxim provides healthcare services to a diverse population of clients and patients through a variety of payer sources and under many different programs. When Maxim provides services to its patients we agree to follow the laws, rules, and regulations that apply to these programs.
The intent of the Compliance Program is to provide guidance regarding compliance, ethics, and conduct to all employees and contractors of Maxim. Maxim has an
ongoing commitment to ensuring that its affairs are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and sound ethical business practices. Compliance is challenging because regulatory requirements are complex and ever-changing. To further its commitment to operational compliance and to protect the best interests
of its employees and patients, Maxim has created a Compliance Department and a Compliance Committee that will jointly assist the National Director of Corporate Compliance in the development and implementation of company-wide
compliance efforts.

Maxim has started an internal Compliance Department. This department is a part of the Maxim family and includes a new auditing team that is comprised of highly qualified professionals, most with extensive auditing experience. They are committed to helping Maxim to become the best it can be.
From inception, I knew that our success was directly connected to the character of the individuals that make up our company.
